Ta dekoracja została wykonana z plonów jakie wyrosły w ogródku u mojej siostry.

Obecnie dynia króluje niepodzielnie i rozjaśnia jesienne dni.

Ta na zdjęciu obecnie jest piękną dekoracją,już za chwilę zostanie skonsumowaną .

Jak wiecie dynię można w odpowiedniej temperaturze przechowywać nawet pół roku.

Przetwory z niej są smaczne i zawierają cały szereg witamin,{A,B,C,E,K} i mikroelementów, {m.in. potas, wapń, fosfor i cynk} oraz karoteny i nienasycone kwasy tłuszczowe.

Jest to bardzo pożywne warzywo,tyle można z niej wyczarować smacznych dań.

Upieczoną w piekarniku zmiksowałam blenderem i zrobiłam zapas purée z dyni, zapakowałam go do woreczków i zamroziłam.

Będzie jak znalazł na zupę, do babki, lasagne albo zrobię dżem.

I tak powstało 2w1 z tej ogromnej dyni.Kreatywność w kuchni się przydaje.
