PIETRUSZKOWE PESTO!!!

Przepis zaczerpnęłam ze strony  kocham wieś newslettere





Powracam do mojego ulubionego śmierdziela-czosnku, mnie smakuje,mojej rodzince bo śmierdzi.
Znalazłam na blogu “kocham wieś”przepis na pietruszkowe pesto, gdzie czosnek i pietruszka-to smaczny , dosmaczony orzechami włoskimi lub brazylijskimi i oliwą z oliwek i sokiem z cytryny.Pietruszka niweluje zapach czosnku, problem śmierdzący sam się rozwiązał.
Teraz, zimą, może nam pomóc w podniesieniu nieco nadwyrężonej odporności oraz poprawić
nam humor.
Pietruszkowe pesto ma wiele witamin i minerałów,lepiej działa niż wszelkie witaminy w tabletkach
i pysznie smakuje!!!
Ja używam do kanapek,zup, sałatek. a makaron z pietruszkowym pesto posypany startym parmezanem smakuje wyśmienicie,
Błyskawiczne danie, życzę smacznego!!!
    
 Przepis na pietruszkowe pesto:

  • pęczek dorodnej pietruszki
  • 3 łyżki oliwy z oliwek
  • 2 ząbki czosnku
  • 4 duże orzechy włoskie lub brazylijskie (bo słodkie)
  • sol, pieprz i sok z cytryny

Przekładam do słoika, i dodaję starty parmezan, trzymam w lodówce. 
Można też zamrozić małe porcje np. w pojemniczkach na lód.
