Syrop z kwiatów czarnego bzu

Dzisiaj pragnę się z Wami podzielić przepisem na syrop z kwiatów czarnego bzu. Syrop ten pomocny jest przy przeziębieniach.
Kwiaty czarnego bzu bogate są w garbniki, ślazy i olejki eteryczne, kwas kawowy i kum arowy. Dzięki temu rozrzedzają wydzielinę zalegającą w płucach i rozszerzają drogi oddechowe.
Kwiaty czarnego bzu działają też przeciwbakteryjnie, obniżają gorączkę. Gdy dopadnie nas przeziębienie, warto sięgnąć po syrop z kwiatów czarnego bzu.
Z kwiatów można zrobić napar do picia i inhalacji. Zaś na zimę można zrobić nalewkę [mój przepis “Likier Bronci- https://babciaradzi.pl/2012/06/24/likier-bronci-z-kwiatow-czarnego-bzu-sambucus-nigra/].
Kwiaty zrywamy na terenach oddalonych od przemysłu i dróg.

Składniki:

  • 60 dużych baldachimów (kwiatostanów) czarnego bzu
  • 2 litry wody
  • 1 kg cukru lub wg. uznania + miód
  • 5 cytryn

Wykonanie:

Obrywamy kwiaty. Zagotowujemy wodę. Wrzątkiem z cukrem zalewamy kwiaty. Dodajemy sok z cytryn i odstawiamy na 2 dni w chłodne miejsce. Po tym czasie przecedzamy syrop przez gazę i ponownie zagotowujemy. Po zagotowaniu od razu wlewamy do wyparzonych butelek. Zakręcamy i stawiamy do góry dnem. Dzięki temu syrop nie wymaga pasteryzowania. Po otwarciu butelki najlepiej przechowywać w lodówce. Oprócz posiadania zdrowotnych właściwości, doskonale sprawdzi się w upały rozcieńczony z wodą, plasterkiem cytryny, listkiem mięty i kostką lodu – smaczna, domowa lemoniada.
