Śledzie pod pierzynką- sałatka

Ta sałatka to przepis mojej bratowej, moja bratowa robi ją z filetów śledziowych solonych, trochę sobie uprościłam wykonanie i do sałatki użyłam filetów śledziowych w oleju. Sałatka jest również smaczna, dlatego mogę ją polecić, bo jest pyszna nie tylko na święta.

Produkty:

  • 450 gr.śledzi w oleju
  • 5 średniej wielkości ziemniaków
  • 4 średniej wielkości cebule [mogą być czerwone]
  • 2 duże marchewki
  • 5 jajek
  • Sos;
  • 1/2 szklanki majonezu
  • 1/2 szklanki kwaśnej śmietany
  • duża łyżka chrzanu
  • sól
  • pieprz do smaku

Wykonanie:

Śledzie odsączyć z oleju i pokroić na mniejsze kawałki i ułożyć na dnie salaterki. Ziemniaki ugotować w mundurkach w osolonej wodzie [sól według uznania]. Gdy ostygną, zetrzeć na tarce o dużych oczkach i wyłożyć na śledziach. Cebule drobno posiekać [ja cebule przelewam wrzątkiem na sitku żeby ulżyć wątrobie] i ułożyć na ziemniakach. Marchew surową umyć, zetrzeć na tarce o dużych oczkach i ułożyć na cebuli.

Sos: Dokładnie mieszamy majonez, śmietanę i chrzan, solimy, dodajemy szczyptę cukru i pieprzu, tym sosem zalewamy sałatkę.
Na koniec wyłożyć starte jajka, wierzch posypać solą i pieprzem.
