Miesiąc: luty 2014

PISCHINGER dla naszych kochanych łasuchów!

Składniki:

  • 2,5 kostki masła
  • 1 szklanka mleka
  • 2 szklanki cukru
  • 10 łyżek Kakao
  • podwójny cukier waniliowy
  • 2 opakowania andrutów

W dużym garnku zagotować mleko, dodać cukier, masło, kakao, doprowadzić do wrzenia i gotować do chwili, aż masa zacznie gęstnieć (ok. 10 minut), stale mieszając.
Zdjąć z ognia, dodać cukier waniliowy i przestudzić. Płynną masą smarować andruty i układać jeden na drugim. Górny andrut ugnieść lekko palcami i obciążyć, np. deską.
Schłodzić prze noc w chłodnym miejscu, lub w lodówce.
Przed podaniem pokroić w kwadraty, lub trójkąty.

Pomóżmy Ptaszkom, dokarmiając je!

Jeśli decydujemy się dokarmiać ptaki, to musimy robić to ciągle. Konsekwencja może tu decydować o życiu ptaków, gdyż bardzo przywiązują się one do okazanego wsparcia, bez naszej dobrej woli nie przetrwają zimy. Dokarmiamy ziarnami owsa, pszenicy, słonecznika. W sklepach zoologicznych jest gotowa mieszanka do ptaków u nas zimujących. Karmniki wykonałam z materiałów wtórnych (plastikowe butelki i puszka metalowa) proste do wykonania.
Zrób poidełko!
Twoi skrzydlaci goście na pewno to docenią, zwłaszcza jeśli poidełko będzie umieszczone w pobliżu karmnika.

Jak był śnieg, było wtedy pochmurno i nie można było robić zdjęć.
Czekamy na śnieg, a ptaszki się dokarmiają!
