Korki z ogórków gruntowych

Sałatka z ogórków należy do ulubionych przetworów mojej rodziny. Ta sałatka jest bardzo smaczna, lekko słodka i niezbyt kwaśna. Sprawdza się jako dodatek do dań obiadowych i kanapek. Jest tak smaczna, że od razu przygotowuję jej podwójną porcję.

Produkty:

  • 2.5 kg ogórków gruntowych
  • 3 cebule
  • 2 łyżki soli
  • 1.5 szklanki octu 6%
  • 2 łyżki koperku
  • 3/4 szklanki cukru
  • 2 łyżki gorczycy białej

Przygotowanie:

Obrane ogórki kroimy w 2.5 cm plasterki. Cebule kroimy w piórka. Siekamy koperek. Pokrojone ogórki mieszamy z solą i odstawiamy na 5 godzin. Po tym czasie łączymy z pozostałymi składnikami. Wkładamy do słoików. Na wierzch sypiemy trochę gorczycy. Robimy zalewę z octu i cukru, po czym uzupełniamy nią słoiki. Słoiki wkładamy do garnka z zimną wodą i pasteryzujemy przez 5 minut.
