Wyborna nalewka

Wyborna nalewka!

O niepowtarzalnym smaku tej nalewki decyduje dobór owoców, zebranych w
słoneczny dzień lata.
Nalewkę można również przygotować z mrożonych owoców.
Moją nalewkę wykonałam z owoców zebranych w własnym ogródku.

Oto przepis:

  • 0,5 kg wiśni
  • 0,5 kg czarnych jagód
  • 0,5 kg malin
  • 0,5 czarnej porzeczki
  • 1 l.spirytusu nalewkowego 70%
  • 0,5 l.czystej wódki 45%
  • 1 kg. cukru

Wiśnie zamroziłam, pozostałe dojrzałe owoce zbierałam w słoneczny dzień.
Świeże owoce umyłam, osuszyłam, wiśnie rozmroziłam (część wiśni przed zamrożeniem wydrylowałam).
Do wyparzonego słoja lub gąsiora układałam warstwami owoce, cukier, owoce.
Zalałam wódką, spirytusem, szczelnie zakorkowałam słój i odstawiłam na 6 tygodni na słoneczny parapet, często potrząsałam słojem.
Po upływie czasu, przelałam całość przez papierowy filtr do kawy do innego naczynia, szczelnie zamknęłam i odstawiłam na kolejne 2 tygodnie do sklarowania.
Owoce, które zostały po odcedzeniu, można wykorzystać np. do deserów.

 

Nalewkę sklarowaną przefiltrowałam i rozlałam do butelek z ciemnego szkła.
Uzyskaną nalewkę należy odstawić przynajmniej na 6 miesięcy, nalewka zyskuje na smaku z upływem czasu.

Ma działanie lecznicze, wzmacnia odporność, rozgrzewa(oczywiście spożyta w umiarkowanych  ilościach)
a przy tym jest bardzo smaczna, o czym możecie przekonać się sami.
