Stół Wielkanocny

Po ponurej zimie przyszła pora na kolorową Wielkanoc! To znak, że już nieodwołalnie przyszła wiosna, a z nią chęć wprowadzenia do mieszkania więcej kolorów. Głównym bohaterem w Święta Wielkanocne jest stół, na którym będziemy jedli najbardziej uroczyste śniadanie w roku, ze święconką w roli głównej. Na stole nie może zabraknąć typowych świątecznych ozdób. Najlepiej będą prezentować się te zrobione własnoręcznie. Moja propozycja to duże jajko zrobione metodą decoupage. Z okazji Wielkanocy życzę Wam dużo chęci do zmieniania świata wokół siebie na piękniejszy. Wesołych Świąt!

Kurkuma- magiczna moc!

Ta przyprawa ma niesamowite właściwości.
Jest przydatna w walce z wieloma chorobami. Sproszkowane kłączę kurkumy działa silnie przeciwutleniająco i przeciwzapalnie. Zmniejsza stany zapalne i działa przeciwbólowo u chorych na reumatoidalne zapalenie stawów. Badania przeprowadzone nad składem kurkumy i jej właściwościami udowodniły, że występujący w niej składnik- kurkumina- jest skuteczny w zaburzeniach depresyjnych. Zmniejsza stężenie cholesterolu i skłonność do zakrzepicy. Może zapobiegać nowotworom. Mówią, że kurkuma zjada raka. Chroni wątrobę przed szkodliwymi substancjami, działając przeciwzapalnie i przeciwutleniająco. Pobudza również wydzielanie żółci i syntetyzuje enzymy wątrobowe. Kurkuma wzmacnia serce. Badania wykazały, że kurkuma może chronić przed chorobami neurodegeneracyjnymi- takimi, jak choroba alzheimera. Od jakiegoś czasu wypijam na czczo tę miksturę i czuję się znakomicie.

Przygotowanie:

  • szklanka przegotowanej, ciepłej wody
  • pół łyżeczki kurkumy
  • sok z połówki cytryny
  • 1/3 łyżeczki czarnego pieprzu
  • pół łyżeczki miodu

Wszystko dokładnie mieszamy.
