Miesiąc: maj 2017

Syrop z kwiatów Czarnego Bzu

Czarny Bez wzmacnia i chroni nasz organizm, oczyszcza z toksyn, jest skarbnicą witaminy C, beta-karotenu, oraz wielu cennych minerałów(wapń, cynk i selen).

Potrzebne będzie:

  • 30 kielichów kwiatu
  • 1 cytryna
  • 1 kg cukru
  • 1 litr wody

Same kwiaty bez zielonych łodyżek zerwane z dala od drogi i terenów przemysłowych rozłóż na białym papierze, żeby pozbyć się niechcianych lokatorów.

Następnie dokładnie płuczesz i zalewasz litrem wrzącej wody i sokiem z cytryny. Tak przygotowaną miksturę przykrywasz i zostawiasz na 3 dni, od czasu do czasu mieszając. Raz, dwa razy dziennie.

Po tym czasie odcedź kwiaty i dodaj cukier. Gotuj na małym ogniu do czasu, aż uzyskasz konsystencję syropu.

P.S. Ten przepis jest sprawdzony i od lat go stosuję.

Meblościanka w nowej odsłonie!

Zbliżająca się wiosna zmotywowała mnie do drobnych zmian.
Dobra prognoza nie może ominąć mojego domu! Mam plan nieustających zmian. Moje motto na emeryturze: “Jeśli nie umiem czegoś zrobić, to koniecznie muszę się tego nauczyć!”
Lubię otaczać się przedmiotami wykonanymi własnoręcznie, tworzyć coś z niczego, kombinować, miksować style. Jest to mój sposób na relaks.
Ta meblościanka ma swoje lata i jest bardzo pojemna. Postanowiłam trochę ją odmienić. Zmienić przez częściowe oklejenie tapetą i pomalowanie półek jasną farbą.
Trochę ją ożywiłam i odczarowałam moim ulubionym, miętowym kolorem.

Przygotowanie:

Dokładnie odtłuściłam meblościankę, myjąc ją wodą z detergentem.
Jak wyschła, przetarłam papierem ściernym drobnoziarnistym oraz przetarłam octeniseptem. Jak wyschła, drzwi i szuflady okleiłam tapetą, a wnęki i półki dwukrotnie pomalowałam kredową farbą Annie Slon Paint. Farba bardzo ładnie kryje.
