WIGILIJNA SŁODKA KAPUSTA DO KARPIA!!!

  
Jeśli szukasz nowego przepisu na kapustę wigilijną do karpia,
to chętnie podzielę się z Tobą moim przepisem.
W moim domu od pokoleń to tradycyjna kapusta do karpia,
bez której nie było by wigilijnej kolacji.
Przepis:

  • Garść suszonych grzybów
  • litrowy garnek ziemniaków
  • mała główka białej kapusty
  • 2 duże cebule
  • 15 dkg masła
  • sól i pieprz

Grzyby zalej wodą i odstaw na noc, ugotuj do miękkości.

Ziemniaki ugotuj,kapustę drobno poszatkuj i ugotuj,
cebulę drobno posiekaj i zeszklij na maśle,(dodaj szczyptę cukru, nie przypal)
Ziemniaki potłucz, grzyby drobno posiekaj i wszystkie składniki połącz,
dokładnie wymieszaj, na koniec dopraw solą i pieprzem.
Pieprzu dodaj odrobinę więcej. Życzę  smacznego!!! Maria:))




MIODEK IMBIROWO-TRZCINOWY

Udoskonaliłam mój poprzedni przepis na “miodek imbirowy”,zamieniając
cukier biały na cukier trzcinowy, żeby miodek leczył i poprawiał naszą kondycję, trzymając się z daleka od “złodzieja wieku”(biały cukier),
który spowalnia regenerację naszego organizmu.
Cukier trzcinowy “Demera”jest produktem nierafinowanym, zachowuje 
witaminy i składniki mineralne, jego charakterystyczny miodowo-karmelowy
smak współgra ze smakiem imbiru.
Od wieków trzcina cukrowa jest stosowana w medycynie ludowej, ma właściwości bakteriobójcze, przeciwzapalne i wykrztuśne.
W połączeniu z imbirem, który również ma wiele właściwości zdrowotnych,
taki melanż ma same plusy!
Dlatego “miodek imbirowo trzcinowy” ma podwójne działanie.
Jak wspomniałam – smak zdecydowanie lepszy.
Receptura taka sama jak w “miodku imbirowym” tylko zamieniłam cukier biały na cukier trzcinowy.
Wykonanie identyczne:
Gdy połączymy wszystkie składniki (tzn. po dwukrotnym obgotowaniu imbiru i odcedzeniu), gotujemy na małym ogniu ok. 3 godzin. Kolor miodku jest ciemniejszy.
Wracając jeszcze do cukru trzcinowego.. są dwa rodzaje cukru: jaśniejszy i ciemniejszy. Dla porównania przedstawiam miodek imbirowy z cukrem białym i ciemniejszy z cukrem trzcinowym.

Jeśli mogę, to polecam wersję z cukrem trzcinowym – szczególnie teraz w okresie przeziębień i grypy.
