Ocet to jedna z najbardziej uniwersalnych i najzdrowszych przypraw w każdej kuchni i nie tylko, równiez przydatny jest w pielęgnacji urody i rozmaitych pracach domowych. Niedrogi, bez szkodliwych dodatków, ocet jabłkowy lub destylowany może zastąpić wiele innych środków używanych w gospodarstwie domowym.
Środki czyszczące domowej roboty są tanie, bezpieczne i nieszkodliwe dla środowiska.

Mój ulubiony tonik:
dwie szklanki wody mineralnej, 1/4szklanki octu owocowego, 
po kąpieli nacieram nim ciało.
