Oleje Ziołowe cz.2

OLEJ ROZMARYNOWY

  • 2-3 duże gałązki rozmarynu
  • 3 ząbki czosnku
  • 2 świeże listki laurowe
  • 2 szklanki (500ml) oliwy z oliwek
1. Rozmaryn, czosnek i listki laurowe delikatnie rozgnieść bokiem noża. Umieścić wszystkie składniki w butelce o pojemności 500ml i wlać oliwę.
2. Odstawić na 2-3 dni, żeby olej nabrał intensywnego smaku. Przechowywać w chłodnym i ciemnym miejscu. używać do dań z wieprzowiny i jagnięciny.
