Skuteczny przepis! | BABCIA RADZI

Naturalny antybiotyk do picia, wykonasz go w domu! Zabija wszelkie zarazki.

Składniki:

  • 2 łyżki startego chrzanu
  • 1/4 szklanki startego imbiru
  • 70ml octu jabłkowego organicznego
  • 1/4 szklanki drobno posiekanego czosnku
  • 2 łyżki kurkumy w proszku
  • 1/4 szklanki drobno posiekanej cebuli
  • 2 świeże papryczki chili

Wszystko, poza octem, wkładamy do miski i mieszamy. Po wykonaniu mieszania, będzie nam potrzebny wielki słoik, do którego wsypiemy całą zawartość miski. Następnie do słoika wlewamy ocet jabłkowy, po czym zakręcamy i silnie wstrząsamy, by wszystko dokładnie się wymieszało. Słoik ten odstawiamy na dwa tygodnie w suche i chłodne miejsce. Każdego dnia kilka razy należy nim wstrząsnąć. Po dwóch tygodniach oczekiwania, miksujemy miksturę i zażywamy jedną łyżeczkę do śniadania i jedną do kolacji.  Chciałabym zwrócić uwagę na jedną kwestię. Napój ma bardzo ostry smak i szybko rozgrzewa, dlatego też warto po wypiciu łyżeczki zjeść plasterek cytryny, limonki, lub pomarańczy. Jest bezpieczny nawet dla kobiet w ciąży, można go podawać dzieciom. Ten napój działa silnie przeciwbakteryjnie przeciwwirusowo i przeciwgrzybicznie. Coraz częściej według dietetyków, ocet jabłkowy zalicza się do suplementów diety. Badania naukowe wykazały, że pozytywnie wpływa na dolegliwości alergiczne, grypę, dnę moczanową, stany zapalne, bóle gardła. Ponadto poprawia samopoczucie i humor!

  8. Jakkolwiek zdrowotne zalety tej mikstury są zapewne niezrównane, myślę, że trzeba by mnie wpierw uśpić by moje delikatne podniebienie to przyjęło 🙂
