Pudding z chleba | BABCIA RADZI

Pudding z chleba

Stale mam nadwyżkę chleba, staram się ją wykorzystać, więc robię grzanki, tartą bułkę. Ostatnio wpadł mi przepis na pudding i jest to smaczny deser.

Składniki:

  • około 250 gram czerstwego chleba
  • 1.5 szklanki mleka 3,2%
  • 0,5 szklanki śmietanki 30%
  • 50 gram rumu  (niekoniecznie)
  • 5  łyżek brązowego cukru
  • 3 jajka
  • 1 łyżeczka imbiru w proszku
  • 4-5 kostek Michałków
  • masło

Chleb kroimy w kostkę, około 2-3 cm. Naczynie żaroodporne smarujemy masłem, wsypujemy chleb. Michałki kroimy w kostkę i mieszamy z chlebem.
W wysokich naczyniu mieszamy mleko, śmietankę, jajka, imbir, rum i 3 łyżki cukru. Zalewamy chleb i odstawiamy na ok. 15 minut, żeby sos się wchłonął.
Wierzch posypujemy cukrem i układamy kilka kawałków masła na wierzchu. Zapiekamy w piekarniki przez około 40 minut w 200 ℃.

  1. Dzień dobry wieczór. Ne miewam nadwyżki pieczywa, ale zainteresował mnie przepis na pudding. W związku z tym mam pytanie: czy można użyć świeżego chleba? Pozdrawiam
