Dobra mikstura na poprawę wzroku i nie tylko

Jeszcze jeden przepis dla podratowania swojego wzroku, włosów, skóry i paznokci.
Na podstawie mojego osobistego doświadczenia, wiem że ta mikstura pomaga mi hamować w leczeniu zwyrodnionej plamki żółtej.
Taką miksturę serwuję sobie raz w roku.

Składniki:

  • 10 łyżek miodu
  • 3 ząbki czosnku
  • 4 cytryny
  • 200 ml.oleju lnianego

Przygotowanie:

Obierz czosnek, cytryny i pokrój. Dodaj resztę składników i wrzuć do blendera. Gotowe!

Przyjmuj po 1 łyżce mikstury przed każdym posiłkiem. Miksturę w słoju trzymamy w lodówce.
