Mikstura na porost włosów i poprawę wzroku

Potrzebne składniki:

  • 200 ml oleju lnianego
  • 4 cytryny
  • 1 litr miodu
  • 3 ząbki czosnku

Przygotowanie:

Na wstępie cytryny należy wyszorować w ciepłej wodzie z dodatkiem płynu do mycia naczyń i na jedna godzinę zalać ciepłą wodą z sodą oczyszczoną.

  1. Najpierw zetrzyj czosnek i wymieszaj go w blenderze z cytrynami, aż otrzymasz jednolitą mieszaninę.
  2. Następnie dodaj olej lniany i miód. Wymieszaj całość ponownie.
  3. Przelej mieszaninę do słoika i przechowuj w lodówce.
  4. 30 minut przed każdym posiłkiem spożywaj jedną łyżkę tej mikstury. Miksturę spożywaj plastikową lub drewnianą łyżkę.
