Farbowanie tkanin

W swojej szafie mam ulubione ciuszki, które nieco wyblakły. A że są moje ulubione, a w dodatku są z lnu lub bawełny, to farbuję je na ten sam kolor. Jeżeli ubrania są jasne, to można zafarbować je również na ciemniejszy.

Moim przykładem będzie bluzka koloru granatowego, którą posiadałam, a potrzebna była mi czarna. Bluzka jest z miękkiej etaminy, która łatwo się zafarbuje.

Zanim zabierzemy się do farbowania tkanin, zakładamy gumowe rękawice i fartuch. Miejsce pracy zabezpieczamy gazetami. Farbę dajemy do garnka z gorącą wodą i dokładnie mieszamy, żeby nie było grudek. Garnek musi być większy, żeby farbowana w nim tkanina pływała luźno.

Wypraną wilgotną tkaninę zanurzamy w farbie i powoli podgrzewamy w dużym garnku około 30 minut. Po określonym czasie pozostawiamy tkaninę w garnku z farbą do całkowitego wystygnięcia. Płuczemy tkaninę w ciepłej wodzie do momentu czystej wody. Do farbowania dużych tkanin można użyć pralki. Instrukcja na opakowaniu farby.

  1. Fajny pomysł, ulubiony ciuszek dostaje drugie życie. Jest to sposób praktyczny, efektowny, tani i ekologiczny!
