Powidła śliwkowe z gorzką czekoladą!

W pełni mamy sezon na robienie przetworów. Dzisiaj proponuję Wam powidła śliwkowe z gorzką czekoladą.

Produkty:

  • 2.5 kg dojrzałych, wydrylowanycch śliwek
  • 0.5 kg cukru (dałam trochę mniej)
  • 1 gorzka czekolada

    Wykonanie:

    Śliwki myjemy, pozbawiamy pestek. Mielimy
    w maszynce do mięsa. Umieszczamy w rondlu
    o grubym dnie, zasypujemy cukrem i smażymy około 3 godziny na wolnym ogniu, często mieszając. Po tym czasie zestawiamy śliwki z ognia, dodajemy połamaną w kostki czekoladę. Mieszamy.
    Ponownie doprowadzamy do wrzenia, stale mieszając. Zestawiamy z ognia i przekładamy do wyparzonych słoików. Zakręcamy i odwracamy do góry dnem. Jeśli chcecie, można dżem pasteryzować przez 10 minut. Powidła wyśmienite!
