Gdy praca przestaje już zapewniać nam kontakt z ludźmi, istotne jest rozwijanie zainteresowań i poczucie radości, w przeciwieństwie do izolowania się, spędzania życia w samotności i przed telewizorem.

Sposób spędzania czasu w starszym wieku naprawdę ma znaczenie. Udowodniono, że im więcej czasu poświęcamy na hobby, tym mniejsze jest ryzyko wystąpienia demencji.

Szeroką ofertę zajęć proponuje klub seniora działający w naszym mieście. Mamy zajęcia manualne, gimnastykę, różne gry, naukę fotografowania.
