Czas zbierania mniszka lekarskiego- zwanego mleczem

 

Kwiecień to czas mniszka lekarskiego. Chcesz podreperować organizm? Na łąkach już go pełno. Jak co roku, będę robiła miodek z mlecza według następującego przepisu:

składniki

  • 500 kwiatów mniszka
  • 2 litry zimnej wody 
  • 7 cytryn
  • 3, 5 kilograma cukru (zamieniłam na cukier trzcinowy)

Kwiaty mniszka wypłukać i zalać 1, 5 litra wody, dodać jedną, pokrojoną cytrynę. Gotować 30 minut. Pozostawić kwiaty w tej wodzie na całą noc. Następnego dnia przecedzić, wygniatając kwiaty, oraz cytrynę. Dodając cukier i sok z 6 cytryn, całość gotować bez przykrycia na małym ogniu, często mieszając, odparować wodę, aż do konsystencji syropu, który nie może być za rzadki (bo wtedy sfermentuje), i nie może być za gęsty (bo wtedy krystalizuje). Jeszcze gorące przelewać do słoików typu twist, odwrócić do góry dnem, do wystygnięcia.
Miodek jest gotowy do spożycia, można go przechowywać jeden rok. Zioła zbieraj w miejscach z dala od zanieczyszczeń.Znajdziemy je na trawnikach.

Oczyszcza organizm, wzmacnia, ułatwia trawienie, zwiększa odporność, poprawia cerę. Działa przeciw wirusom i moczopędnie, pobudza  wytwarzanie żółci przez wątrobę. Pomaga usuwać kamienie żółciowe i zapobiega ich tworzeniu. Według tego przepisu robiła miodek moja mama, a teraz ja kontynuuję. Miodek jest bardzo smaczny i zdrowy!
