Galaretka z kurzych łapek- naturalny kolagen

Kurze łapki zawierają wiele dobroczynnych substancji odżywczych, które chronią zdrowie stawów i skóry. Procesy starzenia, zbyt mało ruchu, zła dieta- wszystko to powoduje, że nasze ciało traci sprężystość. Kiedy widzę, że moje ciało traci jędrność, funduję sobie kurację z kurzych łapek.

Na galaretkę z kurzych łapek potrzebujemy:

  • 1 kg kurzych łapek
  • porcję włoszczyzny
  • listki laurowe
  • pieprz

Wykonanie:

Dokładnie myjemy łapki, nacieramy garścią soli i zalewamy wrzątkiem (żeby łapki były przykryte wodą). Po pięciu minutach odcedzamy, a gdy ostygną, obieramy z żółtych błon i usuwamy szpony. Zalewamy trzema litrami wody i gotujemy na wolnym ogniu około 3 godzin. Pod koniec gotowania dodajemy porcję włoszczyzny, pieprz i listek laurowy. Studzimy, przecedzamy przez durszlak, a z łapek usuwamy kostki. Mięso i ugotowaną, pokrojoną włoszczyznę wrzucamy do rosołu. Ponownie studzimy, aż tłuszcz na wierzchu zastygnie. Wtedy go usuwamy. Ponownie zagotowujemy i wlewamy go małych słoików. Gdy ostygnie, przechowujemy w lodówce.

Stosowanie:

Co drugi dzień spożywamy około pół szklanki albo mały słoik z 1/2 cytryny. Witamina C wzmacnia wchłanianie kolagenu.
