MAMY JESIEŃ!!

Wakacje minęły szybko, słonka coraz mniej, teraz  jest  najlepsza  pora  na odmładzające  kuracje.
Moja  cera  po  lecie jest  przesuszona  i  zmęczona.
Znam  kilka domowych  sposobów żeby  temu  zaradzić. Dlatego  chętnie się nimi podzielę żeby  złagodzić nadmierne  wysuszenie  skóry.

Zamiast “super krem” – idę do spiżarni:

Przepis na maseczkę do suchej cery: jedna łyżka zmielonego siemienia lnianego,jednia łyżeczka mielonych
migdałów,jedna łyżeczka miodu, jedno żółtko,kropla oliwy z pierwszego tłoczenia lub z winogron.
Siemie zalewam odrobiną ciepłej wody, po kolei pozostałe skłdniki ucieram do konsystencji majonezu.
Maseczka ta jest bogata w składniki regenerujące i przyśpieszające naturalną odnowę skóry.
Maseczkę nakładam na dekolt, szyję i twarz omijam okolice oczu.
Po 20min.zmywam ciepłą wodą.

W moim przypadku bardzo skuteczna.
