Cytryna i pietruszka- przeznaczone nam przez naturę.

Wiele z nas przez większość roku je zbyt mało warzyw i pije niewiele soków owocowych. Proponuje więc łatwy przepis napoju na zatkane tętnice. Natka pietruszki oprócz wapnia, zawiera również witaminę C, która ułatwia jego wchłanianie, usuwając toksyny z organizmu. Dzięki wapniowi oraz antyoksydantom wspomaga pracę serca. Zawiera dużo żelaza, a więc zapobiega anemii.

Składniki:
– 1kg cytryn bio
– opakowanie sody oczyszczonej
– 5/6 pęczków pietruszki
– 2 szklanki cukru trzcinowego
– 12 szklanek wody

Sposób przygotowania:
Wodę doprowadzić do wrzenia, cytryny sparzyć wrzątkiem i starannie wyszorować. Posiekać i dodać je do wody. Dodać również sodę oczyszczoną i odstawić miksturę na godzinę. Pokroić drobno pietruszkę i dodać do mieszaniny. Ponownie gotować napój przez 2/3 godziny na małym ogniu. Po tym czasie przelać do szklanego pojemnika i przechowywać w lodówce.
Pij 4 łyżki mikstury codziennie rano na czczo, przez 20 dni.
