Źródło wapnia, nie tylko w nabiale!

Wiemy, że nabiał nie jest jedynym źródłem wapnia. Znajduje się on również w warzywach. Jego najlepszym źródłem jest kapusta, szpinak, brokuły, soja, fasola czerwona i biała, a także nasiona i orzechy, migdały oraz pestki dyni i słonecznika. Dużo wapnia znajduje się też w sardynkach i łososiu, a należy jeść je z ościami, które rozdrabniamy widelcem. To właśnie ości zawierają dużo wapnia.
