Miodek z imbiru | BABCIA RADZI

Imbirowo- trzcinowy miodek!

Ponownie udoskonaliłam mój miodek imbirowo- trzcinowy.
Mamy wiosnę i miodek może być bardzo przydatny, przy wiosennym osłabieniu szczególnie.

W moim przepisie na miodek imbirowo- trzcinowy, imbir kroiłam w słupki.
Trochę się go przy tym marnowało, bo nie wszystkim chciało się gryźć, wyjadali sam miodek ze słoika.
Żeby temu zapobiec zmiksowałam całość.

P.S.
Tak na marginesie, udało mi się z korzenia imbiru wyhodować nową roślinkę.

Wersja pierwsza – miodek z imbirem w kawałkach

 

Wersja druga – miodek zmiksowany. Obok w doniczce – wyhodowany Imbir!

  1. Mario, ja te imbirowe kawalki ewentualnie dodaje tez do ciast, lodow lub deserow oraz dzemow 🙂 Ale pomysl zmiksowania calosci tez przydatny 🙂

    tylko w moim przypadku to była konieczność.
    Moje niejadki nie lubią między innymi bakalii a kawałki imbiru
    też się kojarzą;)

  5. Mam pytanie odnośnie imbiru w doniczce. Udało Ci się wyhodować go z pędu kupionego w sklepie? Jakoś specjalnie musiałaś go nawozić?

  6. Tak wyhodowałam z pędu kupionego w sklepie,nie wymaga troski jedynie ciepełko. Doniczkę umieściłam na słonecznym parapecie.W czasie wegetacji podłoże musi być stale wilgotne,w upały obficie podlewałam wodą i cierpliwe czekałam:)))Pozdrawiam
