Buraki z papryczką chili – smaczna sałatka na zimę!

Lubię przetwarzać warzywa, bo ich wartość odżywcza wzrasta po przetworzeniu. Sałatkę tę warto zamknąć w słoiczku na zimę.
Dodatkową zaletą przygotowywania przetworów w domu jest to, że nie zawierają konserwantów.

Składniki:

  • 6 kg buraków
  • 7 dużych cebuli
  • 15 dg ostrej papryczki chili
  • 15 dg cukru (niektóre gatunki są bardzo słodkie, więc cukier według uznania)
  • 1/4l octu jabłkowego

Wykonanie:

Cukier z octem doprowadzić do wrzenia. Papryczki oczyścić z pestek i drobno pokroić. Sparzyć. Cebulę drobno pokroić i również sparzyć. Połączyć ocet z cukrem, cebulę i papryczki i zblendować. Buraki ugotować do miękkości i zetrzeć na tarce. Wszystkie połączone składniki zagotować. Napełnić słoiki i odwrócić jej do góry dnem, aż ostygną.

Sałatka ta jest ulubioną przez moich domowników, mogę ją polecić z pełnym przekonaniem!

  1. Interesujący przepis. Do tej pory buraczki robiłam bez innych dodatków, ale, być może, spróbuję czegoś nowego. Dziękuję za inspirację 🙂

  2. Buraczki są przepyszne, palce lizać!
    Dodatkowym plusem jest to, że jak raz przygotujemy, to mamy gotową jarzynkę do obiadu,na już – zawsze pod ręką!
