Kołocz śląski kiszony

Mam bardzo łatwy przepis na babkę drożdżową bez uciążliwego wyrabiania. Jedynie bardzo rygorystycznie należy przestrzegać kolejności dodawanych składników. Do głębokiej miski według następującej kolejności;

  1. 5 jajek
  2. rozkruszona kostka drożdży
  3. 1 szklanka cukru
  4. 1 szklanka oleju
  5. 1 szklanka mleka
  6. 5 szklanek przesianej mąki

Przykryć ścierką i odstawić na trzy godziny. Po upływie trzech godzin, zamieszać. Do gotowego ciasta według uznania, dołożyć bakalie i ponownie wymieszać. Ciasto wlać do formy, włożyć do piekarnika nagrzanego do 170°C i piec 50 minut. Babkę odstawić na kratkę kuchenną do całkowitego ostygnięcia, a następnie polać lukrem.

Podany czas pieczenia jest zawsze orientacyjny, by uniknąć wpadki, przed wyjęciem z piekarnika proszę zawsze sprawdzić drewnianym patyczkiem do szaszłyków,czy ciasto nie jest w środku surowe. Życzę smacznego!
