Sałatka- buraki ze słodką czerwoną papryką

Składniki:

  • 3 kg buraków
  • 4 duże cebule
  • 7 dużych czerwonych papryk
  • 15 dkg cukru
  • 1 łyżka soli
  • 1/4 szklanki octu winnego lub kwasku cytrynowego
  • pół szklanki oleju

Wykonanie:

Buraki szorujemy i gotujemy w lekko osolonej wodzie około 2 godziny. Ugotowane buraki ścieramy na tarce o dużych oczkach. Paprykę i cebulę drobno kroimy. Dodajemy sól i cukier. Przez 15 minut dusimy, a pod koniec duszenia dodajemy ocet winny lub kwasek cytrynowy. Doprawiamy do smaku. Sałatkę w słoikach pasteryzujemy przez 15 minut. Do ostygnięcia słoików stawiamy do góry dnem.

Jest to smaczny i zdrowy dodatek do drugiego dania, bo buraki zawierają przeciwutleniacze. Zwiększają też przyswajanie tlenu przez cały organizm, a opóźnia to starzenie się komórek. Dietetycy polecają częste spożywanie buraków. Życzę smacznego!
