Winko rozmarynowe

Hoduję na parapecie zioła w doniczkach. Lubię używać ich do potraw i chętnie robię z nich na przykład winko. Znam doskonały przepis na lecznicze winko, które pomaga cierpiącym na chorobę wieńcową. Chorobom serca bardzo często towarzyszą obrzęki nóg. Jest to spowodowane niewydolnością krążenia. Aby poprawić dostarczanie krwi do kończyn proponuję stosowanie ziołowego winka.

Składniki:

  • 1,5 litra czerwonego gronowego wina (wytrawne)
  • 5-6 gałązek rozmarynu (umyj, osusz i posiekaj)
  • 1-2 łyżek miodu

Przygotowanie:

Winko wlej do słoja i włóż rozmaryn. Wymieszaj, zamknij słój i odstaw na 4 dni w chłodne miejsce. Po tym czasie przecedź winko przez gęste sitko i przelej do butelki. Następnie dodaj miód.

Pij po małym kieliszku rano i wieczorem. Po 15 dniach przygotuj nowa porcję aromatycznego winka!
