Syrop z cytryn

Syrop cytrynowy działa prozdrowotnie, szczególnie w porze zimowej. U nas w domu cieszy się on dużym powodzeniem i wykonuję go już kolejny raz. Wraz z moją rodziną używamy syropu do herbaty, deserów i naleśników.

Potrzebne produkty:

  • 1 kg cytryn
  • 1/2 kg cukru
  • 1/2 łyżeczki imbiru w proszku

Przygotowanie:

  1. Pierwszą rzeczą, którą muszę zrobić jest umycie cytryn. Zapewne znajdują się na nich pestycydy. Myję je płynem do mycia garów, płuczę w sodzie oczyszczonej i sparzam wrzątkiem.
  2. Z połowy cytryn wyciskam sok.
  3. Drugą połowę cytryn kroję na cienkie plasterki. Usuwam pestki.
  4. Do garnka wlewam sok, cukier i imbir. Gotuję do momentu, aż zacznie gęstnieć.
  5. Dodaję pokrojone cytryny. Gotuję przez 15 minut. Od czasu do czasu delikatnie mieszam.
  6. Przekładam do wyparzonych słoiczków, zakręcam wieczka i odstawiam do góry dnem aż do ostygnięcia.

Syrop ten jest bardzo smaczny. Moja rodzina go uwielbia!
