Chrzan- główny bohater wielkanocnego stołu!

Przepis na pyszną jajecznicę wielkanocną z chrzanem


W moim rodzinnym domu serwowana była na wielkanocne śniadanie i tradycja przetrwała do dziś.
Nie wyobrażam sobie Świąt Wielkanocnych bez niej.
Składniki:
(przepis na dwie osoby)
– chrzan korzeń 20cm, lub 1/2 tartego w słoiku
– 4 jajka
– 1/3 kostki masła
– 200 gr kwaśnej śmietany
– szczypta mąki
– sól

Masło roztapiamy na patelni, dodajemy chrzan i mieszamy, aż nabierze lekko brązowego koloru. Jajka mieszamy ze śmietaną i mąką oraz wlewamy na patelnię i solimy. Smażymy na minimalnym ogniu. Cały czas mieszamy, aż jajecznica zgęstnieje. Świetnie smakuje z szyneczką i chlebem!

Dobrze jest zjeść takie śniadanie, bo chrzan wspomaga trawienie. Potem można objadać się wielkanocnymi, dosyć tłustymi daniami.

Dla mnie tradycyjnie bez jajek, chrzanu i szynki nie ma Świąt Wielkanocnych!
